Message	Well, it's hard to say what it went to without seeing a picture or being there. Someone might be able to give you a general idea where those hoses go.. but if it's plugged with a bolt, then no it likely won't have any effect on the idle. If it wasn't plugged you would have some issues. It's likely something was modified, and that vac like wasn't needed anymore. If you can give a little more info on where exactly this connects to, we can help a little more.
